Shipping policy

Shipping destinations to Canada (outside of Ontario ) will be charged 5% GST Tax.

Shipping destinations to Ontario, Canada will be charged 13% HST.

There are no taxes on shipments to USA and Europe and any other International destination.

Customers are advised to check duties and taxes payable in the destination country before ordering.

All duties, taxes, brokerage ( if any ) charged in the country of destination will have to be paid by the customer.

NOTE: The customer is responsible for shipping defective or non defective products back to Arora Electric at their own expense, Arora Electric will not be responsible to pay for any shipping charges if the customer is returning something to us for either exchange for a different item or for a defective product returned to us.
