Refund policy

We allow exchange only within 30 days. No refunds. All US returns for exchange only ( not defectives ) are subject to a 20 % restocking charge.

We do not refund the shipping and handling charges.

Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order. We shall not undertake any responsibility for products lost in return transit.

NOTE: The customer is responsible for shipping defective or non defective products back to Arora Electric at their own expense, Arora Electric will not be responsible to pay for any shipping charges if the customer is returning something to us for either exchange for a different item or for a defective product returned to us.
